Personal Information and OASIS
Section titled “Personal Information and OASIS”The personal information provided during new applications will be entered into IAQG’s Online Aerospace Supplier Information System® (OASIS). This information can be divided into public information, available to everyone registered for a free OASIS account, and limited information, available to designated stakeholders:
Public Information:
- Full Name (Given Names and Surname)
- City, State/Province, and Home Country
- Authentication Status (including issue/expiry dates and Authentication Level)
Limited Information:
- Street Address
- Email Address
- Phone Number
Stakeholders with access to limited information may include Certification Bodies, Accreditation Bodies, and designated representatives of audited Supplier organizations.
In addition, OASIS will use the email address provided to send important notifications including, for first-time auditors, the initial account sign-up email. Ensure you are monitoring this email regularly.
For existing auditors with approved applications for additional authentications, the existing OASIS auditor record will be updated with the personal information provided, if necessary.
Applicants are responsible to ensure this contact information is kept current with any relevant changes.
About Past/Current Authentication Status
Section titled “About Past/Current Authentication Status”As noted in IAQG Authentication Application Requirements, applicants “must disclose any previous ASD third-party auditor authentications or authentication applications that were rejected, suspended, or withdrawn, in addition to providing the related reason(s) why.”
When indicating a past authentication, applicants must use the “Reason for Past Suspension/Withdrawal” box to provide related details, including:
- Date range for previous authentication
- Related Auditor Authentication Body
- Circumstances that led to expiration, suspension, or withdrawal
IAQG will review this information to ensure applicants are eligible to work as third-party auditors in the IAQG Certification Scheme.
Authentication Application Fees
Section titled “Authentication Application Fees”Applicants must submit payment of the $500 USD Authentication Application Fee at the end of the application process. Payment must be received in full to proceed with application processing.

Annual Maintenance Fees
Section titled “Annual Maintenance Fees”Authenticated auditors are subject to ongoing authentication requirements that include mandatory payment of an annual Application Maintenance Fee. This will be due on the annual anniversary of your application approval date. Auditors authenticated to multiple AQMS standards must pay a separate fee for each standard.
