What if I do not remember the password to my IAQG Training account?

What if I do not remember the email I used on my IAQG Training account, or no longer have access to this email?

Please submit a support ticket to the IAQG Training & Authentication Help Desk. You will be asked to provide additional identifying information, such as a paid IAQG Training invoice or a copy of your IAQG Training completion certificate.

After logging into my IAQG Training account, I do not see the option for Existing Auditor Recognition.

Confirm you are logged in using the same credentials previously used to successfully complete the Aerospace Auditor Transition Training course. The site verifies the completion of the related 9100, 9110, and 9120 courses to determine your eligibility for recognition. If you no longer have access to your original account, refer to the above questions.
