Late Existing Auditor Recognition
The Late Existing Auditor Recognition process gives authenticated auditors who missed the deadline a limited opportunity to complete recognition by paying a Late Recognition Extension Fee. Auditors who complete this process by the extended deadline will have their existing authentications reinstated in OASIS. This option will become available on 9 September 2026 and will remain available until 8 October 2026.
Late Existing Auditor Recognition is available to auditors who were actively authenticated in OASIS as of 18 June 2026 and did not meet the Existing Auditor Recognition deadline of 27 August 2026. Auditors must first confirm authentication status within OASIS to verify eligibility. New auditors seeking authentication in the IAQG Certification Scheme must apply for new authentication instead.
This process will also accommodate auditors who began the recognition process, but whose applicable Annual Maintenance Fee payments were not received and processed by the 27 August deadline. For these individuals, payment must be received and processed by 8 October 2026. (See FAQ below.)
Before You Begin
Section titled “Before You Begin”Auditors must use the Search & Track feature within OASIS to find their auditor record and confirm current authentication status.
- Log in to OASIS.
- Click on “Search & Track”
- Click on “Auditors” in the left-side menu
- Use the “search for auditors” field to enter the name and click “Search”.
You are eligible for Late Existing Auditor Recognition if your authentications meet the following criteria:
- Authentication expiry date is on or after 19 June 2026
- AAB associated with authentication is NOT “IAQG Authentication”
- Authentication currently listed in “Approved” or “Expired” status with a prior AAB (not IAQG Authentication).
- Authentication must have been in the “Approved” status on 18 June 2026.
Assuming eligibility criteria are met, note the OIN associated with the auditor record.
How it Works
Section titled “How it Works”Part 1: Paying the Late Recognition Extension Fee
Section titled “Part 1: Paying the Late Recognition Extension Fee”- Log into the IAQG Training & Authentication Dashboard using the same account previously used to complete the Aerospace Auditor Transition Training (AATT) course.
- If access to the previous email on file is no longer available, initiate Account Recovery.
- Click the “recognition” link at the top of the page.
- Click the “Pay Extension” button and complete the checkout process to pay the $100 USD Late Recognition Extension fee. (Paying by credit card recommended for immediate access.)
Part 2: Completing Late Existing Auditor Recognition
Section titled “Part 2: Completing Late Existing Auditor Recognition”- Once payment has been received and processed, return to the Dashboard and click the “recognition” link again.
- Follow the step-by-step process:
- Provide your OIN (OASIS Identification Number) and either your OASIS User ID or the email address associated with your OASIS account. This will link your OIN with IAQG Authentication.
- Select the active authentications you wish to have recognized by IAQG Authentication.
- Agree to the IAQG Authentication legal terms and conditions.
- Agree to the IAQG Code of Conduct.
- Enter the billing address IAQG Authentication should use to send invoices for Annual Maintenance Fees.
- Pay any Annual Maintenance Fees for authentications where the expiry day and month (“anniversary”) is either a) in the past or b) within 75 days of initiating the Existing Auditor Recognition process. (NOTE: This is based only on the day and month, and NOT the previous three-year re-authentication cycle. Learn more.)
- Once payment is received, or if no Annual Maintenance Fees are due for now, the application will be processed immediately and the new authentication status will be reflected in OASIS.
In general, this Recognition Process should take only a few minutes, assuming auditors can log into their IAQG Training account and know their OASIS account details and that relevant fees are paid by credit card for immediate processing.
